We did leave a nice tip for the servers and encourage anyone who enjoyed the service to do the same.Local gamers now have a new option to while away those flight delays and passenger pickup waits at Hobby Airport. Upon leaving, everyone wished us a wonderful day. Just ask a server and they would be more than happy to point out the offerings that are gluten free. They also offer a good selection of gluten free options that my friend, who has a gluten allergy, thoroughly enjoyed. They promptly took away any plates we were finished with. The servers continued to check in with us and make sure we had everything we needed. They had a lovely child play area with toys perfect for a family traveling. The bar area is bright and open and the lounge area was more dim and relaxing. They have an espresso machine that you can use or the servers would be more than delighted to grab you a beverage. While the bar was open at 5:30am, we opted for just some juice and lattes. We enjoyed the grand breakfast selection they offered including poached eggs, pancakes, scrambled eggs with chives and vegetables, a wide selection of fruits including bananas, apples, melons, sausage and a few other wonderful meal options (please note that the meal options are subject to change). ![]() When we sat down, we were greeted by a lovely waitress who took our drink orders and brought them to us in less than 2 minutes. They quickly checked me and my guests in and told us where to find the bar, food, and restrooms. When we came in to the club, we were warmly greeted by the concierge staff. From the service to the atmosphere, this beautiful club is five diamond all the way. Just take the air train that connects all the terminals). While the lounge may take a bit longer to get to from the domestic terminals, it is possible and it’s all past security (no need to renter security or leave the secure area. While it takes a pro to find this lounge (you have to go through duty free and down a level and through a long hallway), the lounge itself is amazing! I kind of liked the hidden feel as it made the lounge feel more exclusive (even though the lounge is only accessible using your platinum American Express, your Centurion American Express or your Delta Airlines Reserve American Express while flying Delta).
